LEASE AND DUE DILIGENCE
This is a leasehold project opportunity, not a sale of the underlying freehold title. The remaining lease term, transferability, extension rights, costs and conditions must be verified against executed documents during independent due diligence. TURNKEY SCOPE AND TIMING
Exact inclusions, handover conditions, operating-readiness work and document delivery must be defined in the final contract and independently reviewed.
